I contacted Convenient Tire & Hitch in December 2024 for a hitch on my BMW x6. They requested a deposit of $1,417.00. That amount was charged to my credit card on 12/13/2024. I ended up getting into a car accident and contacted them that I no longer didn't need the hitch, and they said that a refund check would be mailed out. Highly recommend this company as reputable, qualified and fast. Rob and Jerry were professional and knowledgeable. I was looking for a hitch that was concealed with a factory like finish. They did not disappoint. The reviews are in and they are legit! Thank you for great customer service. 2nd visit was also great. I needed front end suspension work because I had a funeral on the weekend. The car was done in 24 hours and drive like brand new. Quality, speed and professional, at great price. So I started this out when I got my hitch installed writing a bad review because the price and time it was supposed to be done wasn't what I was told. I took it down and give them a chance to make it right, well they did kinda on the price, but they told me they took time because it was important that they do it right on the install, ok that all sounds good and important.
