Dr Marshal and her staff are amazing: they go above and beyond, the facility is very inviting, clean, and comfortable, and the pricing is very reasonable. I am so grateful that this place opened in Norfolk. They have treated all four of my dogs like their own pets.
I was looking for a Vet office for my golden retriever puppy. Other offices scheduled a different Dr. for every visit during the vaccination process and didn't know us or my dog except for looking at a chart. Thankfully, I switched to Ghent Vet. Dr. Marshall and the entire staff are amazing! You can see that Dr Marshall genially loves animals and her work. She's the best! I wouldn't ever think of taking my sweet puppy anywhere else! :)
First visit and was very impressed! Especially since we've had a hard time finding a good fit locally. Not only is the space pleasant, but the staff was super accommodating. They also have evening emergency hours for existing patients and pet wellness plans to help on costs. It seems like they are trying to fill a need we definitely have in this area. And although it looks and feels like a boutique, the prices are in line with area vets. They treated our cat like a VIP and had lots of great suggestions for our issue.
Camille was very helpful, the appointment was quick, and Dr. Marshall was attentive, thorough, and compassionate. Considering that my cat can be quite a handful, I was very happy with our visit and will certainly continue to use them as my primary veterinary clinic.

Extremely nice staff and experience here, after a pretty bad experience with my last vet. Unlike some places, you know which vet you're going to see and it's not a random lineup of russian roulette. I enjoyed talking with the Dr and staff and found the hospital to be clean and inviting. The prices looked very reasonable, too, especially with the Wellness packages.
