The apartments themselves are amazing. However, I’ve lived here a year and there’s been multiple car break-ins. While I’m aware I live in Norfolk, this apartment complex is advertised to be gated and secure to which it is neither. Lately, the gates have been open throughout the night letting anyone come in. And the side entrance doors are unlocked 24/7, again, letting anyone come in any out of the night. This is a huge contributing factor to the break-ins.
