I had a great experience. Quick service. Their glasses options are amazing.
Dr./Office late seeing me. I arrive early.. wasn't directed to bring old glasses despite me dropping off paperwork 1 week prior and asking if i needed anything else. When offering to grab old 9 yr old glasses from car Dr. Mandy... informed me it was a hassle because office was on a schedule. Felt as if I was a bother.
awkward and lazy service. The eye exam itself felt like they weren't listening to me and rushing. When I returned about a week and a half later to pick up my new glasses the prescription in them was totally wrong but they assured me it was the right one from the exam. Even at that point it felt like they could have cared less so I had them refund my money and I'm gladly taking my business to an optometrist that knows what they are doing and cares.
Dr. Martin and her staff were welcoming and helpful. She was thorough and my contacts are terrific. Highly recommend.
worst place i've ever gone to for my glasses. the optometrist was cool but the management is awful. the older front desk receptionist didn't fit my glasses properly and when i got them they were too small for me. i went to get them adjusted but the issue is the sizing of the frame itself. the older front desk receptionist with the glasses should really be re-trained in fitting others for their glasses OR they should find a real professional for it. such a shame and honestly ridiculous that i can't even wear my new glasses an... read more
