Poor customer service I have gone to Ghent eye care for many years. I have always noticed the staff seems to be a bit defensive when asked about pricing. However, this year reminded me of an episode of twilight zone. Everything was wrong and even though I tried to be reasonable, the staff on every instance inferred everything was my fault. I have never felt so inconsequential as a consumer. My patronage for more than ten years wasn't even worth an apology, no attempt to keep me as a customer. I had a great experience. They made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Martin even took the her time to explain everything to me until I understood it all. She even fixed the problems that I had been having with my contacts. I will recommend this place to anyone.
Rude, unprofessional, and incompetent eye care. Dr. Mandy Martin was rude and condescending on all three times I came into her office. I came in twice over the course of one year after my eyes responded poorly to two different contact lenses she prescribed to me (after insisting that I switch from a previous brand that never failed me. Mf wife and I regulary visit Ghent Eye Care for quality eye care. Dr Pegram has a knowledgeable, friendly staff while care is extended in a cordial atmosphere. We highly reccomend.
