Very unreliable, twice now we had a follow-up appointment scheduled 6 months out following CAT scans and MRI tests. Both times they called and cancelled, to be rescheduled an additional 6 months later. They just don't care. However, the 5-day inpatient testing in the EMU at Presbyterian Hospital went well. They had no way to avoid us there.
Everybody that helped me was caring and patient. The Dr.’s, nurses, assistants, EEG techs and all others made the week stay a lot easier then I imagined coming into. Not to mention coming to a conclusion on where my seizures are coming from. I look forward to putting an end to them with the help of UPMC neurology.
Trying to get an answer about anything is horrible. If you leave a message, they will never return it. They will send you for a test and not send the script to the test site. Getting an appointment takes months. Avoid if possible
Dr Choo and his staff are top notch, caring, understanding and explains things to you so you can understand, in detail.very friendly and professional. Easy to get through a not so comfortable test. Thank you
Drs are fantastic but the office staff is incompetent and has caused many problems for me. I would give details but then this review would be pages long.
