Drs are fantastic but the office staff is incompetent and has caused many problems for me. I would give details but then this review would be pages long.
VERY displeased with this office and with Neurosurgery. Cannot get a VIDEO appt until end of July for my husband, whose drivers license was rescinded by someone who never PERSONALLY saw him, and now cannot get another appointment so she will sign the form to have reinstated until end of July. Neurology PHYSICALLY saw him in Nov 2024, did an MRI and released him, doesn't need to visit them for a year, but they refuse to sign the form to have the DL reinstated. This is ridiculous! My family member had a very disappointing experience with the UPMC Department of Neurology Main Clinic. After waiting six months for the appointment, the doctor provided no clear next steps or resolution. The interaction lacked compassion and left us feeling frustrated and without answers.
Quite literally the most unorganized, unmotivated and detached administrative staff I have ever dealt with.
