My family member had a very disappointing experience with the UPMC Department of Neurology Main Clinic. After waiting six months for the appointment, the doctor provided no clear next steps or resolution. The interaction lacked compassion and left us feeling frustrated and without answers.
Quite literally the most unorganized, unmotivated and detached administrative staff I have ever dealt with.
The appointment I had with the PA-C Damien Truschel was fine but trying to schedule other tests he ordered to be done within the UPMC Dept of Neurology has been a nightmare. No one returns your call its impossible to get thru to someone to actually scheduled for as test.
These doctors have no good bed side manners and they are liars. They mistreat their patients. The Bible says people will have no natural affection anymore. Bible prophecy is being fulfilled.
