Quick shipping and good condition item, great customer service!
I haven't done business with them yet, but trust me I will when the time comes. What I can comment on is their phenomenon customer service! The owner took time to address a concern of mine and offered to have me call him directly to discuss an issue without being an existing/prospective customer. He carefully talked me through a preventative maintenance concern and was very kind. All of this on a holiday! Thanks again for the help!
Ordered some injectors and other bits for my BMW 335 from Ghassan, 2 days later a surprise package came , did not expect shipping to be this quick and with the parts I asked for in perfect working condition. This kind of service means a lot . I really appreciate what you guys do !

I don't know anything about cars and engines, but GA took the time to explain everything to me. Thank you for making everything right. It is sometimes difficult or expensive to find someone to work on foreign cars, but I highly recommend Ghassan Automotive.
