First of all when registering at the front desk their customer service is wonderful. Then when you have to get your blood drawn they are marvelous they are so helpful with making you relax they have a very a lot of patience with you especially when you are afraid of needles. Once you get to the back to see your position the nurse explain everything to you and she asks you questions to make sure your chart is up to date and once the doctor comes in he explains your lab work and he lets you know what is needed and what the fur... read more
Referral to Dr Daghestani (Texas Oncology) was sent over 2 weeks prior to me calling them-since they never called.. When i finally get a hold of the McAllen office(after calling for a whole week) they literally said they need to look at my Moms case to see if she would qualify to be seen..Mind you she has CANCER!!! what else do you need to qualify?!?! I honestly feel they pick and choose who(or INSURANCE) they want to make Money off, they dont care about your loved ones health.. Stay away!!!!

He’s always very professional and listens and explains procedures.
My initial and follow up visit with Dr. Daghestani; I found him to be patient and very thorough. At the same time he spent time explaining our plan and follow up.
