Experience and knowledge are top notch especially in this market. She is super meticulous and leaves no stone unturned. Without her, the deal would have never went through. In this very tough time of lock down and social distancing (Feb. - March 2020), we had many pumps and hick-ups, however, Ms. Wadi was there every step of the way to smooth things out, skillfully navigated the sale process and brought it to close on schedule; with passion, expertise, professionalism and exemplary ethics. This is my second transaction with Ms. Wadi and I couldn't be happier. Seeing that many properties are falling out of escrow and going back on the market, makes me greatly appreciate the skills of Ms. Wadi.
