If I can only give more than 5 stars, I would give a million to Ms Ghada Wadi. I have bought and sold about 5 homes, each with different realtors. Ghada is the best realtor I ever worked with. Experience and knowledge are top notch especially in this market. She is super meticulous and leaves no stone unturned. Without her, the deal would have never went through. Thank you Ghada for your hard work.

In this very tough time of lock down and social distancing (Feb. - March 2020), we had many pumps and hick-ups, however, Ms. Wadi was there every step of the way to smooth things out, skillfully navigated the sale process and brought it to close on schedule; with passion, expertise, professionalism and exemplary ethics. This is my second transaction with Ms. Wadi and I couldn't be happier. Seeing that many properties are falling out of escrow and going back on the market, makes me greatly appreciate the skills of Ms. Wadi.

Agents show dedication and hard work that can be noticed from the start then on top of that their experience and vast knowledge in OC market. Our realtor Ghada Wadi at WD Investment has leased out our property for years and when we decided to sell she surely was able to successfully manage the whole process for us although we were living overseas. Ghada has such a sincere personality and her client's best interest always comes first.
