My first year of putting in above ground garden and I ordered topsoil and compost. The compost was already mixed into the tops soil, asked what the percentage it was and he didn't know. He was prompt on bringing it out but he got stuck and put ruts all in my yard. I asked him to fill them in and finally told him never mind because he thought he was done. That's my fault.
