As the previous email states, "I must owe them money" could not be further from the truth. I have owned and occupied my unit for over 12 years and have been on the board for over three years. I just don't want other HOA's to have to deal with what I have had to put up with. Isn't that the most important part of reviews? To help people stay away from companies like this? Just a thought!
I’m not sure why the last reviewer is so angry. He must owe the association money or was recently foreclosed upon. How could someone possibly be that furious at a property management company? I’m the board president at a Seattle condominium and I’ve worked with GFK for several years. I’m a business owner so I appreciate their approach to treating the Association like a business. We’re very happy with their service.
