DO NOT BUY from this company!!!!!! You will get no support and good luck trying to get responses. They need to go out of business and save everyone pain. I have $500 dollars worth of equipment that does not work and they are doing nothing about it! Save yourself a nightmare and go with another company that actually supports their customers!

I would give it a zero for customer service. We have t heard back as promised after purchasing the smith machine with defected parts and attachments,. Looks like a guy name Rodrigo who has. It worked for the company in over 1 year is the one who knew what to do and follow up. Adriana has not follow through with questions and has not responded emails or calls. This is the worse company I’ve ever had to deal with. 1 month after my order for my commercial gym they call me to tell me they didn’t have a bunch of things I ordered. A month after that when I finally get my shipment the dumbbells rack was missing pretty much everything, when I call them back to tell them Adriana tells me that I have to ship the rack to them in order to exchange for other products and that I have to pay for the shipment and if don’t pay for it that they won’t do the exchange. My experience with G-fitness USA has been 100% satisfactory, I fully recommend them, the attention of the staff and their products are of "A +" quality. Thanks to them I was able to set up my gym at home;) Thanks G-fitness USA !!!!!
