Yesterday was the first time I have left dissatisfied. Christine Xiong treated me like I was a drug-addict. I was down 17 pounds but that was never mentioned. I felt like I was herded through with a cattle prod. I miss Dr. Van Stitt and Dr. Black :(
My daughter had her first appointment today and the people here were so nice and very informative. We loved the experience! I highly recommend them.
Had some fillings done a year ago and one came out. Got the run around for 2 months when I tried to make an appointment because my insurance has changed. They kept saying they would call me back, they were just waiting on more information. You have to call repeatedly just to get someone to answer the phone. I waited a few weeks and when I called today they obviously had no record of my previous calls and said I must not be in network. We really like Dr. Mensah, he's really learning about Joey, instead of just do what other doctors say. He's a great man, and makes doctor appointments tolerable.
Dr. Mensah is the best Dr ever and is really helpful glad to have such a great Dr.
Great service from everyone. Christina has been very thorough as well.
We took our 2 y/o for his first visit and they were so kind and understanding of his anxiety. They addressed all my concerns without judgement and gave me advice I could actually apply!
I was very disappointed in the doctor that was chosen to see me. Dr. Stitt told me exactly the opposite of what I had read and researched about my PCOS. Because I am an avid reader and researcher, I had to see what this condition is really about and the fact that he told me the opposite, I was pissed off. Knowing that PCOS causes both weight gain and facial hair growth, with him telling me something different rang many bells for me.
