They make me wait a long time on the waiting area and they are very rude.... They pass all the patient who arrived after me .�
These people lost my sons shot records. They would not give an over ride on vaccines even though they didn't keep accurate records. shame on them

Ladies up front were not as kind. Less attitude. More politeness.
Decided to give them a second chance after a bad experience the first time without seeing the doctor. Took no time at all to get me back this time and to see doctor Mensah which by the way was very nice unlike one of the nurses named Norma which was very rude and asking questions that was already answered on the piece of paper that was filled out in personally give to her. Don't care much for this practice due to bad experiences.
