Awesome store even better prices with fast shipping
GF_Agriculture has become famous for the fastest rising SCAMMERS on the internet, weights two items for shipping "proof" but only ships ONE... BEWARE!!! It is USPS fraud report everytime this happens to you.
Don't order anything from this store lied about shipping tried to blame USPS I'm not stupid if you send it USPS will deliver it BEWARE. Going to my bank to reverse the charges.
I'm glad I read the reviews here, they we're already showing their "super amazing shipping". I'm just going back to my hydroponic store I forgot they can match these losers prices. Already filed a dispute to either get my products or money.
They send you tracking information but then it takes them 2 weeks to ship your items. Who does this kind of crap?
I should have read reviews prior to purchasing, as I had the exact same experience as others. Ordered March 31, starting inquiring when item had not been received after 3 weeks. Cannot contact customer service via phone and emails go unanswered. I attempted to cancel my order and finally resorted to filing a dispute with PayPal. One week AFTER initiating the dispute, the item was shipped which caused PayPal to deny the refund. I won't be doing business with either GF Ag or with PayPal!
Ordered March 28th. Followed up a week later. No response. On April 16th I got an email that the order had been shipped. No tracking number. It is May 3rd and my follow up requests have turned into refund requests. I have not received my order, my refund, or a response. Avoid this company.
I ordered on 4/3/20, waited a week with no information of my order, I contacted the company via their online contact method with no response from customer service, contacted again a few days later with no response. On 4/15/20 I got an emailed update saying my item has shipped, however there's still no tracking information! I will never order from this company again! Stay away from this co. 3 weeks now and still no order. I sent 4 emails with no response . Tried calling and the phone just rings . They guarantee 1-3 day shipping ! What a joke! im just 1 state over. Order from anyone else and save yourself the headache...
