I am filing this complaint due to a serious case of misrepresentation and lack of accountability by Dublin Volkswagen.We purchased a used **** Q3 from this dealership based on repeated confirmations from the salesperson, ******* Loventorn, that the vehicle included Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC). I purchased a 2021 *****6 from *** Ellis ***** Marietta (part of Jim Ellis Motors ***** in Jan 2024. I was shown an inspection checklist stating the vehicle was fully inspected and in great condition, and trusted the information given.Immediately after purchase, I noticed brake concerns, though their inspection had cleared the brakes. Thank you for the feedback but the lifetime engine and transmission coverage we provide to every customer is real and it has paid out over a million dollars of claims for our customers since we started with this program. I don't see an open RO on your vehicle in our service center, so what seems to be the issue with the vehicle? I would like to get this resolved for you. Visiting Crestmont Volkswagen dealership is always such a pleasure! The staff are friendly, helpful and communicative. From the way staff treat costumers and each other, you can tell that Crestmont is a family-owned and operated business that takes pride in its work. The waiting area is quiet -- the perfect place to catch up on work while your car is being serviced.
The only good thing about this Dealership was my salesmen, ****. I have had multiple issues with the brand new 2024 ******** I purchased 8/31/2024. From the service department not fixing my chipped paint correctly (it took 3 appointments). I had to have a control arm replaced in February 2025. There have already been 2 recalls. I had a squeaking sound when my car shifted from 2nd to 3rd gear, especially going uphill. Was told that they could hear it but it wasn't loud enough for them to figure out how to fix it. I purchased my Tiguan Volkswagen 2023 in March of 2023 with 9 miles on it. Im very disappointed with my purchase. I came for my last oil change December 2024 and since Feb 2023 i have had oil leaks, timing cover gas leaks, cam shaft sensors going out, evaporated sensors, now my car today went limp and the engine wouldnt go over 3000rpm. Im very disappointed for the amount i pay a month and now Im going to have to repo or do something else since this car is constant problems

Customer bought this new from us in March of 2023. She has brought here once for an oil change. Service looked and she has over 70k miles on it in a little over 2 years. There's nothing we have done wrong and she's been out of warranty almost 30k miles. She has more than doubled the normal mileage per year which can cause accelerated wear and tear. This is a manufacturer issue,not a dealership issue.Respectfully,

Bought a VW Jetta 2021 from here in 2022. In addition to being tricked into using their financing company--after insisting *repeatedly* that we wanted to use our bank (paperwork was switched)--& fixing that, fast forward a couple ********** turns out our brake pads are shot, discovered ** knew about this problem (defective brake pads) yet were not sent a notification, expensive extra warranty we purchased doesn't cover (car is at 34k miles).
