Cleaned our kitchen hood and broke one of our exhaust. When we contacted Getz to discuss the issue, our concerns were dismissed, and we were told the problem was on our end. We later needed to reschedule a cleaning due to their inspections requirements, but were informed that they won’t clean our kitchen. The lack of willingness to address customer concerns was disappointing. Horrible customer service
