I started Irene's 10 week challenge in April and since have lost 27.8/lbs. Irene is a great motivator and keeps me challenged. I've signed up for her meal plans just to get me through summer and can't wait to start the next challenge in September. I don't know where I'd be without Irene. Wait, yes I do, fat and unhappy. I started going to the 4:30 am spin classes with Irene for almost a year now and it has changed my life! My life is busy with 4 kids and a full time job and never thought I would have time to focus on myself and get in shape again. But Irene is such a great motivator and trainer.
