Over priced got a low estimate at first when they got my money for the drawing for the job the estimate double in price
We couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and quality of work we received from Gettum in performing a deck expansion. From the creative design to the final product everything exceeded our expectations. Although their estimate was more than others the quality and little details of the construction left us feeling that the cost was well worth it and we would have been disappointed using anyone else. My experience working with Gettum Associates was a positive experience. In the past I have renovated my homes myself but my age and this projects difficulty made that impossible. Dave worked with me on the cost, how I could still do some things myself, mostly demo and painting, and end up with exactly what I wanted. It is actually better than I expected. This company will rip you off paided 500.00 dollar for drawing that we’re what we dissuaded the quote went from twenty four thousand to sixty seven six hundred it was a very bad Experience

Mr *****, You paid for a service, which we provided. The initial figure was a "on the spot" ballpark, not a written, firm proposal. It did not take into account how poorly your porch was originally built. We had absolutely no way of knowing the actual, real price until we took measurements and assessed the conditions, which we did.
