This place sucks. My appointment was at 10:15. It's 11am my car is still sitting without being touched. Looks like I will be leaving here at 1 or 2pm for a basic oil change and a tire rotation. I think my next new vehicle will be a Tesla. This waste of half a day everytime I come here. Donovon Moss helped me out doesn't seem like he likes his job much. Didn't get a good vibe from him and wasn't very helpful or understanding with my issues.
Courtney Dickinson. The girl named Courtney Dickinson. You LIED. You told me my tires were under warranty after quoting me $1236 for a replacement of my lower control arm. We sat in those waiting chairs and I told you I was not spending that kind of money there and then I asked about my tires, then I also stated “I will not get tires here if they aren’t under warranty”.
