While on vacation in Tyler’ TX, I had to replace my transmission. It wasn’t cheap. On my way home to Ohio I experienced problems with what could have been indicating a drive train problem. I made it home .... barely. I immediately sent an email asking for help. I also left voicemail messages. A week later I still have heard nothing in the way of advice or help. Based on my experience I would never use Peltier again nor would I offer them a referral. They rate a zero out of 5 stars in customer service. I hope this helps someo... read more

RecommendedDerrian Brown at Baker Nissian in Northwest Houston is the bomb 💣 and this was the best vehicle purchase experience we have ever had! 😎 thank you for selling us our 2021 Nissian Rouge! I had to narrow down which brand of car I wanted and ran into some slimy salesmen.... but this guy was awesome at making the deal and KEEPING his word!!! Integrity is everything. Other salesmen kept sliding in those “fees” on the sales sheet and jacking up the price once you get to the dealership.... some of them are soooo shady!

Nissan as a manufacturer is terrible, but apparently tly their dealers are terrible too.
Hello! I’ve purchased 4 cars from here. Well, my current car had issues come up so I left it with Nissan for diagnostics, inspection, servicing, and warranty work. When I came to collect my car today, an employee had left my window open. With snow, hail, and rain that Oklahoma has, much of that got into my car. Now the interior is extremely moldy, hazardously moldy, tons of water damage. When I brought this up to management, they refused to even clean the inside of my car so I could sit in it.
