I had the best car buying experience at Gettel Mitsubishi last week. I stopped by on a Friday night unexpectedly, just to browse through the cars. A salesman promptly greeted me and spent a few hours with me. I am very picky and he never once got frustrated with me while looking at the cars on the lot. This dealership will do anything for a sale! Perhaps it was just my experience, but I would not recommend this dealer to my friends or family. I found myself in need of a new vehicle, and was willing to compromise a bit on options etc. I decided to go the used car route because it is much more economical. After finding a vehicle I liked, the sales person assured me that it had been checked and was mechanically sound, had a 90 day dealer warranty, and that all issues we had discussed would be fixed at no cost. I purchased from the used lot that ran its financing and final paperwork through the Chrysler/Jeep dealer. Sam my salesman at the used car lot across from Toyota. He was very good, almost too good. Super personable and helpful. The Finance guy was the hammer however, a great big teddy bear of a guy, friendly, but too assertive. He offered the most expensive add on warranties, but did not disclose how much they would cost.
