Made an appointment for an electrical issue, and was given Tuesday the 22nd at 1:30. As others have pointed out, and appointment apparently means they receive the car at that time, it is no indicator of when the car will be looked at. The service dept is great once you can get an appt. trying to call to get an appt is another issue. The operator connects you and it goes to a voicemail that doesn’t say “service sept”. The answering machine just says numbers. So you don’t know who you are leaving a message for. So I filled out an online form for an appt. also tried using chat. It was not a pleasant process.
