If I could give a zero, I would. In truth, the service department deserves a 5. The Sales department and the afternoon receptionist, however, deserve a zero. On 7/7/21 I took my 2016 RAM 2500 in for an oil change. While it was being done, I decided to test drive some vehicles. I came across a 2017 Jeep Renegade with 7K miles on it and traded my truck in for the Jeep. This dealership is lame and way over priced .Do yourself a favor and take your business to Venice the service and satisfaction is more than worth the extra drive , believe me . Also , forget about them fixing a recall on your vehicle . If it out of warranty , your out of luck , because they dont do recalls . They only want to sell them to you , they dont want to fix them .
