UPDATE: 10/02/25 Thanks to the service department for treating me so poorly, I found the most amazing Toyota dealership in Sarasota. Where I traded in my truck and bought a new Tundra. I called 7 times, left 3 voice-mails to schedule a diagnostic appointment. After a week, I decided to stop by and schedule the appointment (seems to be a common theme).
