I'm currently doing the 30-day challenge and I must say I have never done anything so hard in my life but it's definitely worth it as I'm seeing changes in my body only after 2 weeks. I would highly recommend this establishment. The coaches really make you work. I love it!

Get the experience of personal training without the price. I won't lie and say the coaches are nice(lol), but the coaches are great at giving you the push you need to be successful
