RecommendedMy boyfriend and I just stayed in cabin #46 and it was prefect. It was cozy and had everything we needed. The lady who checked us in was so welcoming and nice. Hocking Hills is so breathtaking during the winter and the hot tub felt amazing during the below freezing temps we had. Plus the view from our bathroom was amazing and the big glass shower. We are already looking to book our next trip this time with the kiddos. Can't wait!

I’ve never been the type to put my business on FB but I’m shocked by this email I received from Lisa. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect from a “professional.” I actually loved the cabin, it was truly in tip top shape so I’m sad that the owners are this rude.
we woke up to no power, we had to leave the cabin early. couldn't shower, or cook breakfast lost several hours at the cabin, when we spoke with the lady in the office she told us there was nothing she could do. not even an apology. which is unfortunate because the cabin was nice and clean and we felt very cheated with the end customer service we received . we would of been back otherwise

RecommendedMe and my hubby had a great time. It was our 1st time staying. We were givin a warm welcome and had a great experience. The cabin was beautiful and so comfy. We loved watching it snow sitting in the hot tub. There were deer out every day and was beautiful to see them. We will definitely be going back again.
