I had a really disappointing experience at this urgent care. I went in for blood work, and the entire process was handled very unprofessionally. The staff member who drew my blood made multiple uncomfortable and inappropriate comments during the procedure, which made an already stressful situation even worse. I’ve taken my family here for the last like 5 years, or since they’ve been open. I’ve had good experiences and they are faster than the usual urgent care. However, this last time was not a good experience. I took my daughter on Halloween and they were short staffed (which makes sense), they got me in quickly. The first time the triage worker took my daughter’s temp, it read 98°. I knew it was wrong even after multiple attempts because I had just taken it at home.
