This place used to be great until they sold recently. I go in last week for a UTI. I have to wait around for nearly an hour to be "sold" a primary care physician (PCP), rather. Then, I get called today to schedule "another visit" to go over my urine analysis, for what? I asked for them to send me the records and the lady on the phone told me they will not do that. You have to discuss a treatment plan with the doctor even though my insurance and I are paying the bill and I was not asking for interpretation of those results. T... read more
I don’t write many reviews, but after sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes— to sitting in the patient room for 30 more minutes, just to be told “Let me finish, I wasn’t done talking”— when trying to ask a question. Quite unfortunate since I drove so far for her great reviews. Won’t be going back.
Nothing "urgent" about this place. I waited for over an hour in the back and was snapped at for asking about an update, extremely unprofessional and a total waste of time. Go to the one on Eureka, its only 8 mins away and actually worth it.
The best urgent care. Got right in and all of the doctors are patient and kind. The quality of service is 10/10
