Ok I bought a ponytail from this hair store, so I never wore it but wen I took it out to wear it it looked like its been wearing already so I took it back before I can explain to the lady she said oh I don't exchange or take it back I said we'll this ponytail, look like its defected.. That's why black people don't support other blacks bcuz of this and they attitude, all she had to say was ma'am I can give u a credit bcuz u a loyal customer. Now she lost my business..
