Julian is AWESOME! I heard about Julian through one of his Instagram posts on my explore feed. If you haven't checked out his real estate Instagram page @getrealvalley, you should check it out! Julian is the best realtor ever. Writing everything about our experience won’t even do it justice, but in a few short words: Julian got us the house of our dreams after talking us out of a house that we were thinking of buying originally because he sensed that there was a better house out there for us. He was also able to get us the best rate which was 2% lower than any competitor and got us moved in exactly as we planned. I would buy all of my houses with Julian!!
Julian has been amazing overall. He not only sold our place but also did little things for us such as take out the trash and buy new smoke detectors for us because we do not live in the area. He did way more for us than what a realtor would generally do. We're so glad we chose to work with him and he made the whole experience stress free.
Julian did an incredible job of helping us sell our place! We had to move across the country and Julian helped clean up what we had left and staged our place! It got sold super quickly and at the price we wanted it for. He was super responsive and even went above and beyond to assist with moving a few things for us. He will definitely works hard to get his clients what they want. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell or buy!
