I am a chronic headache sufferer. Being 6 feet tall in a short person world typically means I am leaning over everything and my poor neck takes the brunt of it . I saw Dr. Cathy and Rachel for adjustments and massage. I can happily say my headaches went from 4 a week to barely even one a month!!! It is nice to not have to live on medications when a simple adjustment is what fixes what ails me ! Highly recommend Cathy as well as Rachel.
I love Dr. Cathy! She does whatever is needed to improve your heath and wellness without anything unnecessary. You will get individual attention and time.

Rachael Blake is amazing! Every time I leave my appointment I'm so relaxed and feel better than ever. I have had lower back pain for years, and tension in my neck and shoulders. With her help it has gotten so much better!
