Have had work requiring a permit done multiple times without a permit or a licenced contractor. The Electrical work was done wrong. Still waiting on EPA certified contractor for lead paint debris all over bedroom after handyman not EPA certified made a mess everywhere in my bedroom. And they lie to your face.

They dont dont do there required job of insuring tenant safety. Allows landlord to do work that requires a city permit and licensed electrician without either and job not done to code. Not professional at all. Plumber was not better.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. At the beginning of our lease, we nearly had to involve a lawyer because they attempted to change our contract terms after we had already moved in. Our agreement clearly stated that we were not responsible for water, trash, or sewer, yet they claimed this was a mistake and tried to have us sign an addendum. Update after 3 years of leasing: We lived quietly in the house for 3 years which was nice. However, it was extremely difficult to get maintenance out to fix most issues we had. Some issues extended a year (like our ice maker not working). It was very frustrating. At the end, they did take most of our security deposit (some charges were for the most trivial things, like tightening door handles, etc) although we left the house clean and in good condition.They also took out of our deposit a charge for yard pick-up/landscaping, ... read more
