Do not work for these guys. We did a roof inspection for them and never got paid after numerous attempts. I don’t like giving bad reviews but that’s unacceptable.

Happy I came across Pat before spending thousands unnecessary. He was professional and very knowledgeable and took all the time to help identify a water leak problem that other contractors failed to do. He gave us recommendations to get the issue fixed and we are glad to have testing completed to ensure we didn't have mold in the house. I'm extremely happy !
Pat is a good guy, and his home inspection price is competitive. His report turnover is quick too. The 3-star is coming from my experience over the last few months trying to get ahold of Pat concerning a clarification on his report. Since March 2023, I've tried to contact Pat via phone calls, 10+ text messages, and multiple e-mails.
