Charlene has been cleaning my house for over 10 years. She is the best! The ladies who come in, have a wonderful routine of cleaning and everything is spotless when they are done! My family hired this company a few years ago and, in the beginning, we were pleased with their work. The past year working with this company has been a nightmare! The owner has a high turnover of "her girls", the cleaning is less than fair and the excuses are plentiful. As a paying customer one should be able to raise their concerns with the owner of the company. Where is our refund on the check you were not supposed to cash?
I've enjoyed having Charlene every time she has come to my home everything just sparkles when she is finished. Oh, my blinds are cleaner than ever before after Mike gets done and I can actually see through my windows almost forget there is glass there. What a team these two are, plus they use chemical free products that actually clean. Do yourself a favor and use this service you will be glad.
Charlene and her team are amazing! They were able to take a neglected and downright nasty listing of mine and make it shine again so that buyers would see the house and not the filth! She was also able to rearrange some of her schedule to meet a tight timeline I had on another listing. That house looks fabulous as well.
