I was charged a lot of money for an incomplete job: partly my fault because I misunderstood - but I didn't know what questions to ask since I've never had a hitch installed before - and I feel I was taken advantage of...the bill wasn't itemized so I don't even know what I paid for. They installed the hitch, but nothing else was included: no wiring for a trailer, no receiver, no protector cap. This place was recommended to me, but I have to say, I regret going there.
