I had the absolute best experience at Get Hitched! I needed a hitch for my car, and Aaron and Chris took the time to find the perfect option for what I’d be using it for. They were incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire process. When we ordered the parts, there was a minor shipping delay completely out of their control. Get Hitched supplied and installed both wiring and a hitch on my vehicle. I honestly do not remember the last time I dealt with such lovely staff. They were so kind, friendly and made sure I understood how everything worked. They offered to help me get the Bluetooth portion set up (though I didn't need the assistance) but overall, this was probably the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time!
