I so appreciate the knowledge of the staff and the readiness to help us find anything we may be looking for. The have some fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, baked goods, they cook food on-site, vitamins and supplements galore. Makeup and parfume oils. Castor oil packs, women's health products. Homeopathic services by nurses and qualified staff. This shop is our goto for supplements and Homeopathic services. Small but mighty, mighty for your health seeking journey.
Great quality food available and I love their foods available to be cooked in the back. The cabbage sandwich is AMAZING....MADE ON CORN TORRILLA. So yummy!!
This is a very small health food store in Rockwall. Do not expect bargains here. Understand for their size and quality of merchandise there is a markup to stay in business and serve our community. That being said every item carried is handpicked by the owner. You will not find any junk here and the ready to eat packaged products they produce are so tasty! We love their sugarless cold latte drinks and the peanut butter balls in the fridge. If you want quality fresh food without the hormones and pollutants, this is your place!
