I was trying to make an appointment for their health care center for days! Left messages, made several calls and nobody got back to me. I purchased a 3 session package and used one. The next time I tried to book a session they denied me because I had been vaccinated for COVID in 2020. Ive been trying to resolve the issue for days. If every community had a conscious eatery and nutrition store like this, I dare say the average life expectancy of its constituents would be 200+ years in good health! Thank you to the fantastic cooking team who customized a meal to my nutritional needs and to the professional healers that fixed my back! Looking forward to visiting next time I'm in town.
I wanted to share some feedback about my recent experiences at this location. While I continue to shop here because of the specialty items I can't find elsewhere, I’ve encountered a few instances of less-than-ideal customer service. Specifically, I've noticed that some employees seem to display a negative attitude, which has made my visits a bit challenging. Members only, are you kidding me? What kind of ridiculous, pretentious place is this? I never write reviews but this was a ridiculous experience. We’re visiting from out of town and needed some speciality health food items. The young cashier asked for my phone number and when I said I didn’t have one he (like I was stupid or something) said “oh well this is a members only store”. The health coaches are amazing and caring Finally found the root of my health problems ( through the hair análisis) It’s only been like a month doing the program and I’m feeling so much better I don’t care about the price It’s better to invest in your wellness, than on your illness
