What impressed us was how honest they were with each property we saw and sometimes even if we liked a property we were convinced that it was not the right choice. Ryan and Marta went above and beyond to help me find the perfect condo. Ryan even drove 40 minutes to pick me up for our first tour in Seattle and later he negotiated $15k off the listing price. He also arranged a last-minute inspection. His knowledge of condos was invaluable - he recently completed coursework on inspections to be even more knowledgable. Meanwhile, Marta flawlessly coordinated all parties, helped me set up utilities, and ensured a smooth closing. I highly recommend this team!
