My son and I both work out with Dave. He has such a fun and pleasant personality! Time just flies by and we look forward to every session. Dave is very humble. He is a true professional - he is sensitive to his clients' needs and is very encouraging. Dave was able to instill a love for working out in my teenager and I am forever grateful to Dave for this!

I have engaged Dave as a trainer for three family members. He first worked with my teenage son and got him reengaged in exercise during the pandemic. Then I hired him to work with senior parents with dementia. He was patient, engaging and injected music to make their workouts fun. Highly recommend Dave!

Fun, positive, and seeing immediate results for our son! Our son struggles with motor planning and low muscle tone and Dave has really helped him develop muscle for the first time. He’s very patient and has just the right push to keep our son progressing.
