**UPDATE** I'm pleased to say that at 7:30 this morning I received a call from Kim apologizing for the return calls I never received and how they had failed me. She was very understanding and apologetic to our situation and handled it with class. I am so thankful for Get Away Today for making it up to my family and our trip is now back on and we cannot wait!!
