Have to say, AMAZING customer service! I booked this trip last minute to go in less than a month, so I was worried about the time it would take to get my tickets, because I wanted to quickly book my Fastpasses. I messaged the company on facebook, explaining my situation, and they very quickly expedited the process for me so I got my tickets immediately! Thank you so much, great price, great service. :)
EDIT: After this review, Get Away Today worked VERY hard and VERY promptly to correct the issues explained below. I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 based on the course of action they took with my situation. For an organization awarded multiple customer service awards, my experience was far from it. We have booked multiple trips through getaway today. Always s great experience!
Our plans changed slightly and we needed a different hotel. We called and talked to McCall (I think). She was so helpful with everything we asked about. She got it all figured out for us. We had a question about our receipt and needed to call back. She spent another 20 minutes explaining everything to us. She probably spent close to an hour helping us without complaint. We are so happy with what she did!!!

We book with Get Away Today every year and I'm always so happy with them. They're super knowledgeable and so friendly. I love that they're free to use, I always get the best ticket prices, and I can call them with questions any time... even on my vacation! I've even had them call me at the start of my vacation to make sure everything was going smoothly. I think I've got my whole family and all of my friends hooked on them too. They're the best!

I can’t express enough Thank You to this company. We changed from regular character breakfast to premium at Disneyland and they allowed us to switch out the tickets and sent tickets back before we left for our trip. The vouchers were cheaper than buying from Disneyland. Tickets include gratuity. Thank You Get Away Today for the great service.
