I truly can't speak highly enough about Dave. The first thing I noticed was his balance of being friendly while also being professional. That's important to me and one of the first things I look for. Dave did an excellent job at helping me find the perfect home. Dave's One home area search made it easy to find homes to tour. Dave made it a smooth process when it came to touring homes. Dave treated me like his own family and proved that he cared about what I had to say and gave 100% when looking for houses. An added bonus was the rebate he has once you purchase a home. Definitely helps with the down payment.
