RecommendedCute and clean studio. I took a yoga class with Vanessa Mauch, and she is an excellent teacher with challenging flow, and great point to point instruction. Reasonable drop in rate of $10. I recommend it!

A fun, inviting atmosphere with lots of options. They are very involved with community events and charity promotions as well.
Lindsey is the best Zumba instructor and the most fun person ever. Her classes are Joyful experiences and welcome all levels.

Not only is it my happy place but also my "fountain of youth". I LOVE GAMO!! The classes are warm and friendly and anyone can do it. All levels of aerobic activity can participate and feel the burn at whatever works for them. I will continue working out another 37 years if Lindsey keeps teaching!!
