Get a Grip was used as a warranty repair company for my fiberglass shower pan. Chris did a great job on the repair after a thorough exam of the problem. This required a phone call to the shower pan company to ask about more repair that was needed to do the job correctly. Chris was very professional and left my bathroom very clean. He even turned on the fans to gets some of the glue smell out. I highly recommend this company if you need a fiberglass repair or any other service they provide.
We resurfaced our kitchen countertops, and our experience was absolutely great from beginning to the end. Results are beyond our expectation. Countertops look amazing. In the matter of 4 hours our countertops became like new again. No mess, no dust since Chris isolated the work area very good. We look forward to our next project. Thank you for being a professional and detailed oriented from start to finish of our project.
Excellent quality and premium quality materials! Both the service performed and the level of customer service were remarkable. I'd recommend them to anyone also great to have on my team when getting the house ready to sell.
I used Get a Grip on 3/13/2020 to resurface tubs in my home. I would never use them again. They left a giant mess when I got back home - extreme dust and overspray that basically ruined my mirrors and I had to have my vanities repainted. It took me 8 hours to clean up all the mess - including dust in adjoining rooms (when they could have closed the bathroom door behind them). The (very rude and unapologetic) Cornelius manager promised to pay a cleaning fee but then started ignoring my follow up contact. Very unprofessional. ... read more
