Great service every time. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always quick to help find exactly what I need. They keep a solid inventory and the ordering process is smooth and reliable. Definitely my go-to electrical wholesaler.
Called to see if they had supply. Although the conversation was less than 20 seconds, the customer service representative managed to make it feel like an inquisition and was both condecending and belittling. This was my one and only experience of this store. I truly hope no one else has a similar experience.
