Dr. Yang has been taking care of my children’s teeth for years. He’s AMAZING! The neatest thing I’ve ever witnessed is when my son’s baby tooth didn’t fall out and his adult tooth was coming in…the baby tooth was crowding his adult teeth. My son was 9 yr old and nervous about the treatment - I was nervous about paying for braces. As my child sat in the reclining dental chair; Dr. Yang pulled the tooth out- mid conversation! Scheduled an appointment through my works insurance provided list of dentists, got a call the day before the appointment saying they need to reschedule because of equipment maintenance. Not a problem, rescheduled for later in the day. Then, when I actually show up, they tell me the Geryoung is retiring in December and not taking any new patients with my insurance. Why did they not just call me and tell me this before I took the time and the day off to come to the appointment! Very frustrating, wasted my time.
Horrible experience. Went there for a toothache. Dr.Yang ended up working on the wrong tooth. Had to go to another dentist to fix the issue. I complained to Dr.Yang and asked for a refund . His staff and himself was very rude. Took weeks before I was able to get my refund. And that was after I told them I am going to take legal action.
I went there with pain. He looked at my teeth, took pictures, and explained the problems of each tooth clearly with advice. Less than 10 minutes later, he took the pain away. Many thanks to him and his assistant.
