Ben says it all except rick and his secretary both yelled at us and hung up on us after having our bike in the shop for a month childish immature and rude and now tells me that my bike is too outdated for him to work on
A friend of mine went in to order a set of custom wheels, which he paid for upfront and in full. Rick was supposed to have the wheels by thanksgiving of 2014, it is now after christmas, and still dont have the wheels. he went in to the shop to see about the wheels when he got hostel and called the police, and was told to take him to court.
What a great group of people. This is a fantastic-FIX ALL, DO ALL , family establishment. You and your BIKES are treated with the utmost professional care. There is no better shop in Puget sound and you just may see JESSE JAMES IN THERE VISITING SOMETIME.

This was a good shop way back when. Too much fallout at this place. 3 times this place has just about gone out of business, changed names, who knows what. The last fallout left me rescuing my bike from there partially assembled. Needless to say myself and a bunch of others wont be using this place again. It would appear there is way too much unstable issues that interfere with providing good service.
