I love my Lincoln, leased it 2 years ago and it is the most comfy car I have ever driven, for me. I also had a no pressure salesperson. The service maintenance is so easy, they pick my car up at my house, bring it there and back with a nice wash. The drivers are so great, wonderful gentlemen who are always so pleasant. and they do inspection sticker at same time.
My salesman, Gerard was pleasant and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to be sure that we were totally satisfied.
I purchased a new 2020 Lincoln Avaitor that was a known lemon and leaked when it rained and had failed electronics. Licoln Gervais has failed to repair the car after 3 attempts and has lacked an empathy towards my situation or offered a solution. I have been threatened not to hire an attorney or they would stop working with me. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! Still Paying for a car I cannot drive. BUYER BEWARE
