We used Gertz Culinary for our wedding on October 10, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will and his team were phenomenal — professional, friendly, and incredibly organized from start to finish. The food was absolutely amazing — hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. We could not have been happier with having. Gertz cater our wedding a few weeks ago! We did a tasting back in December and were extremely impressed with how good all of the food was. Their service on the day of the wedding was even more impressive! We had them serve our ~90 guests 2 appetizers during cocktail hour, then we had a buffet for dinner that they served as well.
