appreciate your horrible service left hungrier than when I showed up
The pizza was few and far between. Not good tasting at all. The Oreo pizza was good. The pasta bar was very sad 2 selections 1 was dried out and 1 looked like they made a serving of it and no more. and the salad bar well, they were filling it up and overflowing everything but had NO lettuce. we had to ask for it. All the way around a big disappoinment and we will not be going back. I will not recommend this place to anyone. This place has gone super downhill. This was Twin Falls.
Basically any style pizza you want. All you can eat. Can't go wrong.

I've always loved Gerties as a kid, but now their salad bar is always lacking. Pizza is hardly sent around, or there isnt enough to go around. Been here for 30 minutes and have had 2 pizzas make it to us, and it was dessert pizza..... The place isnt clean, its out dated and just plain ran down. Came in here twice this year(2019) and just won't make the same mistake again. Can spend 20$ for two at Dominos and get better service and pizza.
we had a great lunch, and ended with pictures of our kids in costumes and tickets to the Haunted Swamp! love these guys!
Gerties in Rupert was such a great choice for dinner! Cami was serving us with a great personality and the timing was remarkable! I would definitely recommend for a family friendly dining experience! Last but not least, go with an empty stomach because they have a huuugeee variety!
I honestly was pretty hesitant about coming in again after me and my daughter had a bad experience. The owner reached out and we decided to give it a shot today. Went in and char was the cashier/hostess she was sweet and pleasant she got to know my daughter and made our experience amazing, it was like night and day, I truly hope they can keep up the service they had this evening.
