My family and I came here for spring break after going to Shoshone Falls, came very highly recommended. We loved it. The pizza was amazing.....I didn't realize there were so many kinds. I wish I would have started with the chicken buffalo first so I could have enjoyed more pieces. Lol my children 4,7, & 3 14 year olds had fun in the arcade. Will visit in the future.
16th Birthday party. Over 20 people. Salad bar was dirty and disgusting. Food and paper all over floor. Pizza was slow to arrive and tables were dirty. Been going here for 15 years. This was so disgusting and disappointing.
This time was the worst experience ever... I'm gonna think twice before eating there again
This poor review is not about Gerties in general, but the manager Tyler. An appointment was made at a date & time suggested by Tyler. I made arrangements for my children & drove 40 minutes to get there only to find him not there for another hour. I decided to try once more when he was there & was treated with a disinterest that was disappointing. Our appointment didn't happen as he wasn't interested.
